Safety Health Assistant Jobs description
An environment health and safety assistant works like any other conventional administrative assistant. Primary duties for an environment health and safety assistant include scheduling and arranging meetings, checking for availability of conference rooms, filing and maintaining records, receiving calls, and performing secretarial tasks for an EHS manager, EHS officer, health and safety director, environmental services senior manager, or similar positions. Positions with similar job titles include that of environmental safety coordinator, environmental health and safety representative, and EHS clerk.An environment health and safety assistant should have a high school diploma or an associate\'s degree. Proficiency in the use of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint may be required. Excellent phone manner and a pleasant personality are key traits for such jobs.
