Health Safety Representative Jobs description
An environmental health and safety representative responsibilities include assisting in safety process, performing safety audits, performing safety and ergonomic assessments on work station, undergoing safety training, analyzing safety data and providing reports to the management, keeping updated with OSHA and government regulations, and assisting in maintaining regulatory compliance and execution support for various EHS processes. An environmental health and safety representative may report to an environmental safety manager or an EHS officer, as the case may be.An environmental health and safety representative should have a bachelor\'s degree or an associate\'s degree. Familiarity with OSHA and similar health and safety guidelines is required. Prior experience in environmental health settings may be advantageous. Similar job titles include EHS coordinator, environmental health and safety assistant, environmental health and safety specialist, and EHS associate.
